Christmas service

On December, 24-th there was a Christmas service in our church.
Brothers and sisters were gathered at 21.00 to glorify the Lord in a prayer together with the Christians living outside of Russia who this day celebrate Christmas.
Service consisted of musical glorification, the inspired sermon of the pastor. All sat at beautifully issued little tables with candles.
We had fellowship with a cup of tea. Similarly, as 2000 years ago, the first Christians gathered also everyone brought food and all participated in a joint meal, glorifying the Lord, and we have experienced the same domestic surroundings.
Everyone could share, as God blessed him this year. Brothers and sisters constantly feel support and understanding each other - we are one family - Church of the Lord where everyone is child of God.
At midnight the thankful prayer to the Lord has been made. We would like to remain and continue our fellowship; these have very quickly flown by 3 hours. But we, inhabitants of Russia, have a special privilege - we celebrate Christmas on January, 7th. And it means that we again will gather and we will glorify our Lord Jesus Christ.
