To lead and to love

On September, 16th and 17 in Volochok Baptist church a conference for heads of services has taken place.
The conference theme was "To Supervise and love". Attendants, and also heads of various services have gathered for it from churches of the Tver region.
One of speakers Gennady Savin has noticed in the lecture "About service and leadership" that the management and love is very difficult for combining, but the success in service will depend on it.
In the conference program following themes also have been spoken:
- "The Success of service is a success of spiritual life" (Amir Usmonov)
- "Leadership by an example of Nehemiah" (Michael Petrov)
- "Vision and service strategy" (Amir Usmonov)
- "About a new Bible translation" (Gennady Savin)
These themes have been picked specially up for listeners as the given information will be useful in their ministry in churches.
The group of glorification and chorus of our church took part in the musical program. In glory of the Lord prayers and church chanting sounded.
The special gratitude has been expressed cooks who have cooked for our very tasty food, have organized dialogue during breaks with a coffee cup.
This conference has united heads of various services, has shown that all of us is made one Business and has given a new push to more fruitful service.
