Youth conference

On November, 25-26th there has passed regional youth conference.

It has taken place in the House of the Prayer of V.Volochek Baptist church. The youth from churches of our area has gathered for fellowship.

Alexander Kurmaev, the pastor of Baptist church "Consolation" from S.Peterburg, and Amir Usmonov, leader of youth department of Russian Baptist Union were invited to conference.

The theme conference "I and God" is very actual presently. As it is known, personal relations with God is a private affair of everyone. However they become visible and «leave on a surface» when we are to make the important decision when life or other people begin to "press" us.

The youth has received many important lessons, for example, about spiritual growth:
- The person grows spiritually not only by Bible reading, a prayer and fellowship. A great influence render service (to God and other people), and also evangelism;
- Spiritual growth, it not a straight line directed upwards, but is a broken line which represents both launches and falling, but tending movements upwards.

Youth were very happy with the spent meeting. There were many the interesting testimonies, new songs, and, certainly, new friends. they want, that such dialogue passed more often.
